How to Make a Paper Plate Rangoli
Step 1: Prepare the paper plate and yellow paper
Start with a plain paper plate. Then take a sheet of yellow construction paper and place the paper plate over it.
Trace around the paper plate with a pencil to create a large circle on the yellow paper. This will help you create the main flower design that will be placed on the plate.
Step 2: Draw the first flower
Take the yellow construction paper with the circle you have drawn.
